Our name is the most important word for we. It's the word that express who we are. The name can express where we came from. For example, there are traditional names of each country or region.
The meanings of the names vary widely. There are religious names or bible names. The parents give to your children names of the famous people. The first name can be after the father’s father. There are many exemples of this.
Actually, the name is especially important for parents. They are responsible for how the world will call us.
However, is necessary that we like our names. If not, we can have a nickname, one way our friends can call us. The nicknames are important too, because is more intimate. Sometimes, the nickname is how everybody calls the person. It’s almost your first name. The nickname may be similar to the name, for exemple: Gregory - Greg. Or the nickname may be totally different, for exemple: Charles – Hulk (because the character).
There are many names in the universe, but each person is single. There are many Dianas in the world, but I am the single Diana Tremea in Pelotas, maybe in Rio Grande do Sul, maybe in Brazil. This is very important for me.
